Schools across Zimbabwe host a range of events throughout the year that require hired equipment. We supply to primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and universities for:

Prize giving and speech day ceremonies are formal occasions. The standard equipment list includes:

— A stage or riser (typically 1.2m x 2.4m sections, configured to the hall or field)
— Steps with handrails for safe stage access
— A lectern or podium
— Theatre-style seating for students, parents and staff
— A PA system with wired and wireless microphones
— A backdrop or banner frame for school branding
— Tenting if the ceremony is held on the school grounds outdoors
— Red carpet for the stage approach (optional but popular)

We deliver, set up and collect. The school does not need to source labour or transport separately.

School proms are becoming increasingly popular in Zimbabwe. A prom requires a different style from a formal ceremony — think round tables with linen, centrepieces, a dance floor, lighting and a photo backdrop.

Typical prom hire includes:
— Round tables (seating 8–10) with floor-length tablecloths and runners
— Tiffany chairs or dressed banquet chairs
— Centrepieces (vases, candles, florals)
— Fairy lights, uplighters and festoon lights
— A dance floor (portable, assembled on site)
— A photo backdrop — balloon arch, draping or custom design
— A DJ table with PA system

— Trestle tables for stalls, registration and display

For sports days, we can also supply a podium for medal ceremonies. For science fairs and exhibition days, trestle tables with tablecloths create a professional display area.
